Evening primrose flower essence has been said to “bridge Sun and Moon”.  It helps process difficult, suppressed early emotions, particular those which were damaging to us as children.  It allows us to ground ourselves in our own past stories.  Evening primrose brings an awareness to those past parts of shadow self that need healing in order to integrate emotions into our identities.
It has been used to help blockages with people who feel they were not wanted as children, among other forms of childhood rejection. As a result, this essence gently supports us if we have a fear of rejection, particularly stemming from in-utero or early childhood.  Likewise, evening primrose aids in fear of commitment, sexual or emotional coldness or repression.
